Returns Policy

Cancellation and Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods and receive a full refund of the amount paid. Please note that we do not reimburse return shipping costs. You are responsible for ensuring that the returned items reach us in the same condition in which you received them.

Defective Items

All our products are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects. If an item is found to be defective, please contact us immediately with a description of the issue and accompanying photos. Once the return is approved, the item must be sent back to us within 14 calendar days of receipt. We will then either replace the item free of charge or issue a full refund.

Warranty Exclusions

Please be aware of the following:

·       Titanium Color: Natural changes in the color of titanium pieces caused by surface contamination (such as oils or lotions) are not considered defects.

·       Normal Wear and Tear: The warranty does not cover issues resulting from everyday use, such as scratches or surface abrasions on the coating.

·       Improper Care: The warranty does not apply to defects caused by negligent care or failure to follow maintenance instructions.
